Do you like your significant other's family?

Since Christmas is just days away, I'm sure most of you in relationships will be putting in some quality time with each other's families. So do you genuinely like your significant other's family? Is not liking your significant other's family a relationship deal breaker? C'mon, get it off your chest one way or another.

No not even sometimes. There are quite a few and I only tolerate 1 and the rest we do not associate with all year and I would not at Christmas. The parents are deceased which makes the non association easier.

No I do not like them! I will tolerate them for the Xmas Holidays!

Umm, no. We (hubby and I) associate with one sibling and her family only. Does make the holdays that much easier! I have no problem with that aspect. I don't miss his mother...I could barely tolerate her ever...

I actually get along better with them than my own. Funny hey.

My Mother-In-Law is a Saint ~! Never been a problem for me. Now, you should see the problems my wife's Mother-In-Law brings., I got the better bargain when I gained my *out-laws*

I couldn't ask for better in-laws. They are the best!!! I love them as much as my own parents. Nice when they make you feel like you are part of the family.
We took both of our sets of parents on a cruise in 2002 and it was one of our best vacations ever - certainly a treat for all of them!!!
Merry Christmas & all the best in 2009!

I like my hubby's family as much as he does. In some cases, that is not too much... We both love his mom very much though. I always believe that you can tell how a man will treat you by how he treats his mother. If that is truly the case, then I am a very lucky woman.

Merry Christmas!

To boot a wacked out mother, who thinks everybody is sinners & that we are all going to hell....I could keep going. Happy Holidays from a fan of The Breakfast Club
