There's a Tall Ship in the Harbour This Morning

ROALD AMUNDSEN is a sail training vessel, teaching young and old "salts" the ways of a traditional square rigger, encouraging character building, bridging cultural and age barriers and teaching responsibility, team building and environmental awareness.
Typically, trainees cover a broad spectrum - from as young as 16 to 70 and over - and come from all walks of life and wideranging professions. The programme draws interest from people who love the outdoors, have a sense of adventure or are fulfilling a lifelong dream of sailing onboard a traditional square rigger. There is absolutely no experience necessary and no special skills are required to join the
ship. Except looking forward to a rewarding vacation and once-in-a-lifetime experience.
"We have students, professionals, families and retirees and everyone in between sail with us. " explains a regular crew member, volunteering for the Roald Amundsen like the rest of the supporters for the non-for-profit charity organization.
The Roald Amundsen offers Sailtraining voyages lasting from 3 days to 2 weeks,
