There's an ELTON JOHN movie in development called "Rocketman" . . . and Elton DOES have someone he'd like to see in the starring role: JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE.
Elton tells the "Los Angeles Times", quote, "[Justin] played me before in a video . . . and was superb."
