Nicknamed the "human hourglass," Romanian-born model Ioana Spangenberg's waist is a tiny 20 inches -- and the beauty says she's able to maintain her figure all while eating three square meals a day and noshing on junk food in between. Ya, right!

she is still a person, I agree that her bogy weight is unhealthy but to call her "sick" and "nasty"? I wouldn't go that far
I wouldn't call that an hourglass figure...that is supposed to be sleek and natural curves...NO WAY we could compare her to Marilyn Monroe. She looks more like a bowtie! Bunched up in the centre and an outdated fashion accessory.lol
