The 29-year-old Canadian who is suspected of murdering his ex-lover and sending his body parts to politicians, was arrested yesterday at a Berlin cyber cafe.


Police were tipped off by a Berlin resident who recognized Luka Rocco Magnotta from the media coverage surrounding the bizarre case.
