Ontario teen heart-throb Justin Bieber has made Time magazine's list of the 100 ``most influential'' people of 2011.
Bieber's mentor Usher wrote an essay on the teen -- saying quote ``he was born a star.''
Some of the others on this year's list include Oprah Winfrey and Prince William and Kate Middleton.
Time says its list recognizes the activism, innovation and achievement of the world's most influential people
