Can you eat just one???




You know what they say - you can't eat just one. And researchers at Harvard University say potato chips, not pop, candy or ice cream, is what's packing on the pounds for most people.
Their study in the New England Journal of Medicine found more than 120-thousand participants gained an average of nearly 17 pounds over a 20-year period, mainly due to chips.
Researchers say people typically don't eat just a couple -- they eat the whole bag
