Elton John coming to town.

What song do you need to hear at the Elton John Show at the Halifax Metro Centre to make your concert going experience complete.

I saw Elton John in Las Vegas two years ago. It was truly THE BEST concert I have seen. The thing is, it would be very difficult for me to pick one song I would want to hear. With every song he sang I was just in aw. He is truly a musical icon and it is just so exciting to be there. I started singing with the first song and sang all night. There was a big screen with great video. I absolutely loved it. This concert will be well worth every penny. I am sure I will be there again. It was $100 and up for tickets in Las Vegas as well, so the price is not so bad. The only thing I hope is that the sound is better at the Metro Centre than it was for the last couple of concerts I have been to. I found if you sit in the upper bowl, near the skyboxes that they now have, the sound echos so bad that you hear everthing twice and it is very hard to enjoy the music. I do hope that something is done to prevent the problem for this concert. For one thing it is a lot of money (not that it is not worth it) and it will take away from the whole experience.

Any song that Elton sang would be fine by me. I have been lucky enough to see Elton John on 3 different occasions. His shows are nothing short of amazing. If I had to pick just one song, it would have to be "Your Song".

I saw Elton John last November in Vegas and we paid nearly $300 for the tickets and he was worth every penny, so for me being able to see him at $150 is a real bargain! The one song I always want to hear him perform is I guess that's why they call it the blues. That was the first Elton John song I heard when I was a kid and it's a must hear. I'm very excited everything finally came through for him to come here.

The song I would most like to hear would be Empty Garden!!! I have loved Elton John since listening to him on my mother's albums in the early 70s, this is amazing news!

The first song that I remember from Elton is Empty Gardens. I was is grade 6 and attened St Joseph's A Mckay school. We had to listen to the song in music class and tell what we thought the meaning of the song was. Loved Elton ever since.
