This whole thing is a publicity stunt.
Meaning, Katie Perry can for sure look worse than this! Even the prettiest of people look ugly on a bad day. Get over it!
I dont think she's wearing makeup. I mean SERIOUSLY YOU GUYS look up other pictures of her without makeup. She looks the same. Look at the commercials. She WAS in a proactive commercial, and I bought what she was going on in the commercial.

Don't be dumb... she is still wearing makeup, but very little. Just on the skin, she just wearing a lot less in the eyes and on lips.
But she IS wearing makeup, but minimal. Duh... so easy to fool ppl who don't understand a thing about makeup.
